Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas & Timelines

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote/Excluded Areas: We reserve the right to cancel or redirect orders to nearest pickup points.

Business days exclude Sundays & public holidays.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: PKR [150–250] (varies by weight/location)

  • Free shipping on orders above PKR [3,500]

  • Free shipping on orders paid in advance.

  • COD orders may include a PKR [50–100] handling fee.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon–Sat).

  • Once dispatched, you'll receive an SMS/WhatsApp with tracking details.

  • Courier partners: TCS, Leopards, Trax, PostEx, or similar licensed providers.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Please keep the exact change ready. Couriers may not carry change for large notes.

  • COD is subject to address verification and may not be available in all areas.

  • Repeated COD refusals may result in future advance-payment-only requirements.

5. Failed/Undeliverable Orders

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refused acceptance:

    • We will attempt 1 re-delivery.

    • If still undelivered, order will be returned & a PKR [200] return shipping fee may be deducted from refunds.

    • Advance payment orders will be refunded (minus shipping/return costs) within 7–10 business days.

6. Tracking & Delays

  • Track your order via the link sent post-dispatch.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or courier backlog. We appreciate your patience.

7. Returns/Exchanges (Shipping-Related)

  • Wrong/damaged items: We cover return shipping.

  • Change of mind: Customer bears return shipping costs. Items must be unopened & in original packaging.
